The standard recommendations for long COVID are:
- Ivermectin 0.2mg/kg body weight (usually 12mg) once daily for 1 week
- Prednisone (or Prednisolone) 10-15mg daily for 3 weeks, tapering 10mg for 3 days then 5mg for 3 days
- Naltrexone 1mg (or 1.5mg) daily, increasing to 3mg then 4.5mg daily if required for 2 to 3 months minimum (usually increasing the dose by one 1.5mg after first 3 or 4 weeks then again after another 3 or 4 weeks unless symptoms disappear).
- Omega 3 Fatty acids
- Vitamin D daily

- Intermittent daily fasting
- Ivermectin 0.2/0.3mg per kg daily up to 4 to 6 weeks
- Naltrexone 1mg (or 1.5mg) daily, increasing to 3mg then 4.5mg daily if required for 2 to 3 months minimum (usually increasing the dose by one 1.5mg after first 3 or 4 weeks then again after another 3 or 4 weeks unless symptoms disappear).
- Melatonin 2 to 6mg slow release daily at bedtime
- Aspirin 81mg daily
- Vitamin C 1000mg 3 to 4 times daily
- Vitamin D and Vitamin K2
