Possible side effects of LDN?

Rare but possible side effects can include:

  • chills, constipation, cough/hoarseness, diarrhea, dizziness, thirst, irritability, soar throat, sinus issues, accelerated heartbeat.  Often for the first week, you will experience some sleep disruptions but those subside quickly.
  • If you have any of these side effects, then low dose naltrexone is not for you.
  • A more common effect of low dose naltrexone is more vivid and memorable dreams.  Many people like this aspect of LDN.
